Chaplaincy Survey

The Commonwealth Department of Education and Training (the Department) will be conducting an
evaluation of the National School Chaplaincy Programme (NSCP). Specifically, there is a requirement
to understand how chaplaincy services support the emotional wellbeing of students and the broader
school community through the provision of pastoral care services.
The Department has engaged an independent research company called TNS to conduct the research
on our behalf.
The survey broadly covers the following:
 Your views towards the NSCP
The activities or initiatives delivered at your school
How effective you consider the programme to be
Any issues experienced in delivering the Chaplaincy programme
Your views on the impact and outcomes of the Chaplaincy programme
Suggestions on how the NSCP could be improved in your school
